JNR Class EF 61 200

8 locomotives were rebuilt from EF60 for pusher
between Hiroshima to Saijo.
A deck and front gangways added.
Length : 16500mm.
Rebuilding project was interrupted due to a problem.
Withdrawn until 1991.
